\n2. **Automatic Indexation:** Starting from January 1, 2027, official salaries will be automatically adjusted in proportion to changes in the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons, as established on January 1 of each year.
\n3. **Salary Differentiation:** A clear gradation of salaries has been established, where specific categories (management, IT specialists, general staff) have different payment levels. For the IT sector, salary ranges are provided, which allows for a more flexible approach to qualification assessment.
\n4. **Control:** The setting of payments for the head of the institution is carried out exclusively by the decision of the Ministry of Finance, which ensures external control over the expenditure of funds for the remuneration of top management.<\/p>\n
