An important innovation is the introduction of an automatic mechanism for reviewing salaries depending on the subsistence minimum, starting from 2027.<\/p>\n<p>**Structure and Main Provisions:**<br \/>\nThe Resolution consists of two main parts: the amendments to the text of Resolution No. 199 and the new version of the Annex containing the scheme of official salaries. The main changes compared to the previous version concern the detailing of the head of the institution&#8217;s authority regarding staff incentives and the clear definition of salary amounts for IT specialists and administrative personnel. Previous versions had a less flexible approach to bonus payments and did not contain a mechanism for salary indexation linked to the subsistence minimum.<\/p>\n<p>**Key Provisions for Implementation:**<br \/>\n1. **Incentive System:** The head of the institution has the right to set allowances for intensity and particularly important work (up to 100% of the salary each), as well as bonuses within the limits of payroll savings. The conditions for such payments must be stipulated in a regulation agreed upon with the Ministry of Finance.<br \/>\n2. **Automatic Indexation:** Starting from January 1, 2027, official salaries will be automatically adjusted in proportion to changes in the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons, as established on January 1 of each year.<br \/>\n3. **Salary Differentiation:** A clear gradation of salaries has been established, where specific categories (management, IT specialists, general staff) have different payment levels.
