\n3. **Powers of the State Energy Supervision Authority:** Officials of the State Energy Supervision Authority have been granted a clearly defined right to participate in enterprise commissions, while their participation in commissions of the central executive authority is carried out upon consent.
\n4. **Regulatory Compliance:** To determine the list of specialties and positions of employees subject to special training, it is necessary to be guided by the Ministry of Social Policy Order No. 300 dated February 28, 2018, as the corresponding annex in the old Regulation has been excluded.<\/p>\n
