The document brings the provisions of 2004 into compliance with current legislation on the electricity market and clarifies the powers of state supervision authorities. The primary goal of the amendments is to optimize knowledge assessment procedures and update the lists of employee positions.<\/p>\n<p>**Structure and Main Provisions:**<br \/>\nThe Order consists of the operative part and the &#8220;Amendments to the Regulation on Special Training and Instruction regarding Technical Operation of Electric Power Facilities.&#8221; Key changes include:<br \/>\n*   Replacing obsolete references to the Law &#8220;On the Electric Power Industry&#8221; with the current Law &#8220;On the Electricity Market.&#8221;<br \/>\n*   Updating the names of supervisory authorities (powers are vested in the State Energy Supervision Authority instead of liquidated inspections).<br \/>\n*   Optimizing the procedure for notification of knowledge assessment and clarifying the composition of commissions.<br \/>\n*   Excluding obsolete annexes and transitioning to the use of lists of specialties approved by the Ministry of Social Policy Order No. 300.<\/p>\n<p>**Important Aspects for Application:**<br \/>\n1.  **Change in Legal Framework:** All personnel training activities are now based on the provisions of the Law &#8220;On the Electricity Market.&#8221;<br \/>\n2.  **Procedural Deadlines:** Enterprises are required to notify the territorial body of the State Energy Supervision Authority about the date of knowledge assessment no later than 20 days in advance, and the authority, in turn, must confirm its participation in the commission 5 days before the start date.<br \/>\n3.  **Powers of the State Energy Supervision Authority:** Officials of the State Energy Supervision Authority have been granted a clearly defined right to participate in enterprise commissions, while their participation in commissions of the central executive authority is carried out upon consent.<br \/>\n4.  **Regulatory Compliance:** To determine the list of specialties and positions of employees subject to special training, it is necessary to be guided by the Ministry of Social Policy Order No. 300 dated February 28, 2018, as the corresponding annex in the old Regulation has been excluded.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/zakon.rada.gov.ua\/go\/z0719-26\/ed20260416\"><strong>Full text by link<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This Order of the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine No. 208 dated April 16, 2026, is aimed at updating the regulatory framework in the field of training and instruction of personnel working at electric power facilities.
