The primary goal is to detail the evaluation criteria for participants, specifically through student performance indicators and the history of previous contract fulfillment. The amendments are aimed at increasing requirements for the quality of training and the accountability of state order executors.<\/p>\n<p>**Structure and Main Provisions:**<br \/>\nThe document consists of three main blocks that amend the annexes to Order No. 83-23:<br \/>\n1. **Application for Participation:** The form has been updated to better specify the areas and types of professional development programs.<br \/>\n2. **Certificate of Activity (Master&#8217;s Degree):** Criteria regarding success rates based on the results of the Unified State Qualification Exam and indicators of compliance with the terms of previous contracts have been added.<br \/>\n3. **Certificate of Activity (Professional Development):** The list of information regarding participation in professional competitions (&#8220;Best Practices,&#8221; All-Ukrainian Competition of Creative Works) has been expanded, and a block regarding the quality of fulfilling previous obligations to NAUCS has been added.<\/p>\n<p>**Important Aspects for Application:**<br \/>\n* **New Evaluation Criteria:** Competition participants are now required to report on the results of the Unified State Qualification Exam (for master&#8217;s students) and the existence of any penalties or comments from NAUCS in previous periods.<br \/>\n* **Deferred Effect:** It is important to note that certain requirements regarding reporting on contract compliance and the quality of the competitive proposal (items 9 in the certificate for master&#8217;s degree programs and 7 in the certificate for professional development) shall enter into force only on **January 1, 2027**.<br \/>\n* **Practical Application:** Educational institutions should pay attention to the need to update internal data to fill out the new sections of the certificates, as this information will directly affect the evaluation of the competitive proposal.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/zakon.rada.gov.ua\/go\/z0673-26\/ed20260605\"><strong>Full text by link<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This NAUCS order amends the forms of documents submitted by educational institutions for participation in the competitive selection of state order executors.
