The changes concern the positions of Advisor to the Minister and Deputy Minister for Digital Development, Digital Transformations and Digitalization. The Decree allows the filling of these positions by military personnel only for the period of martial law.<\/p>\n<p>**Structure and Main Provisions:**<\/p>\n<p>*   The Decree amends Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 126\/2017.<br \/>\n*   The section concerning the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine has been amended.<br \/>\n*   It is established that the positions of Advisor to the Minister and Deputy Minister for Digital Development, Digital Transformations and Digitalization can be filled by military personnel only for the period of martial law.<\/p>\n<p>**Key Provisions for Use:**<\/p>\n<p>*   Military personnel may be appointed to the positions of Advisor to the Minister and Deputy Minister for Digital Development, Digital Transformations and Digitalization in the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine, but only for the period of martial law.<br \/>\n*   After the abolition of martial law, these positions must be filled by civilians.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/zakon.rada.gov.ua\/go\/377\/2026\"><strong>Full text by link<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This Decree of the President of Ukraine introduces changes to the list of positions that can be filled by military personnel in the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine.
