Accounting prices for metals serve as a benchmark, and exchange rates are used for accounting and operations with the State Treasury Service of Ukraine (DKSU). The NBU is not obliged to buy or sell currency and metals at the stated prices.<\/p>\n<h5>Amendments to the Procedure for Implementing the Project on Conducting Health Screenings for Individuals Aged 40 and Over<\/h5>\n<p>Amendments have been made to the procedure for implementing the health screening project, specifically regarding the publication of information about service providers on a special webpage, acceptance of applications for support until budget allocations are exhausted, and the timeframe for using state aid funds within two months. It is important to follow the updated information on service providers and the deadlines for using the funds.<\/p>\n<h5>Digitalization of State Bodies&#8217; Activities<\/h5>\n<p>The resolution simplifies the process of obtaining and verifying certificates confirming the place of work for officials of executive authorities, the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers, and the National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC) through the &#8220;Diia&#8221; portal. Officials can obtain an electronic certificate with a QR code, which has the same legal force as a paper one. Automatic receipt of information on the length of public service and interaction with the human resources management system is foreseen.<\/p>\n<h5>Amendments to the Regulations on the Ukrainian-Romanian Commission on Minority Issues<\/h5>\n<p>Amendments have been made to the Regulations on the Ukrainian part of the Joint Intergovernmental Ukrainian-Romanian Commission on Ensuring the Rights of Persons Belonging to National Minorities. The composition of the Commission is approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, and the personal composition is approved by the Head of the State Service of Ukraine for Ethnic Policy and Freedom of Conscience (DESS). The State Service of Ukraine for Ethnic Policy and Freedom of Conscience (DESS) provides organizational support for the Commission&#8217;s activities.<\/p>\n<h5>Amendments to the Regulations on the Human Resources Management Information System<\/h5>\n<p>The terminology in the Regulations on the human resources management information system in state bodies has been clarified, in particular, &#8220;accrual of wages&#8221; has been replaced with &#8220;financial administration of wages.&#8221; The definition of the term &#8220;financial administration of wages in the implementation body&#8221; has been added.<\/p>\n<h5>List of Bodies Responsible for Cooperation with the OECD<\/h5>\n<p>The State Regulatory Service is designated asThe Ministry of Reintegration (MR) and the Ministry of Economy (ME) are responsible for cooperation with the Regulatory Policy Committee of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). This means that these bodies must ensure the fulfillment of Ukraine&#8217;s obligations within the framework of OECD membership in the field of regulatory policy.<\/p>\n<p>## Liquidation of the Interdepartmental Working Group on Digitalization<\/p>\n<p>The Interdepartmental Working Group on Digitalization within the framework of the anti-corruption program has been liquidated, and changes have been made to the composition and activities of the Intersectoral Council on Digital Development, Digital Transformations and Digitalization. The composition of the Intersectoral Council has been expanded, and the possibility of forming temporary working groups to perform tasks in relevant areas has been granted.<\/p>\n<p>## Change of the Name of the Holodomor-Genocide Museum<\/p>\n<p>Amendments have been made to the list of institutions exempt from customs duties during international exchange of documents and publications, as well as to the provisions on the effective use of public funds. The changes concern only the change of the name &#8220;National Museum &#8220;Memorial in Commemoration of the Holodomor Victims in Ukraine&#8221; to &#8220;National Museum of the Holodomor-Genocide&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>## Export and Import of Military Goods<\/p>\n<p>Amendments have been made to the Regulation on the procedure for granting powers for the export, import of military goods, the possibilities of exporting goods to strengthen defense capabilities and re-exporting substandard goods for the fulfillment of guarantee obligations have been expanded. Procedures for enterprises operating in the military-industrial complex have been simplified.<\/p>\n<p>## Amendments to the Procedure for the Use of Funds for the &#8220;Higher Education of Ukraine&#8221; Project<\/p>\n<p>Amendments have been made to the procedure for using budget funds for the implementation of the &#8220;Higher Education of Ukraine&#8221; project. Projects must meet the criteria of the &#8220;Uni4All Energy&#8221; program and be included in the industry portfolio. The main managers of funds are obliged to enter information into the Unified Information System and submit a monthly report to the Ministry of Finance.<\/p>\n<p>## Protection and Defense of Objects by the State Special Transport Service<\/p>\n<p>The procedure according to which the State Special Transport Service (SSTS) carries out the protection and defense of objects of state importance of the unified transport system of Ukraine has been approved. The procedures for the acceptance and transfer of objects under protection, as well as the procedure for interaction between the SSTS and authorized entities responsible for the objects, have been determined.<\/p>\n<p>## Compensation for Damaged Housing through &#8220;eRestoration&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>UAH 2 billion has been allocated from the liquidation fund<br \/>\nof the consequences of armed aggression to the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development for providing compensation to citizens whose housing was damaged as a result of hostilities through the &#8220;eRestoration&#8221; program. Funds are allocated for compensation for repairs of categories A and B.<\/p>\n<h5>Amendments to the Regulation on the Unified State Electronic Database on Education<\/h5>\n<p>The functionality of the Unified State Electronic Database on Education has been expanded, in particular, information on scientific institutions and researchers, verification of state payments, and information exchange with other information systems have been added. These changes are aimed at expanding the functionality of the database and ensuring more effective information exchange between various state bodies and institutions.<\/p>\n<h5>Payment of dividends by state-owned enterprises<\/h5>\n<p>The procedure for paying dividends to the state budget by &#8220;Energoatom,&#8221; &#8220;Ukrhydroenergo,&#8221; and &#8220;Naftogaz of Ukraine&#8221; based on the results of their financial and economic activities for 2025 has been determined. Specific amounts of dividends and conditions for the targeted use of a portion of the profit for the protection of critical infrastructure, restoration of destroyed facilities, and covering losses have been established.<\/p>\n<h5>Decision Regarding the Activities of JSC &#8220;Sense Bank&#8221;<\/h5>\n<p>The annual report of &#8220;Sense Bank&#8221; for 2025 was approved, and it was also decided not to pay dividends for 2025. A portion of the bank&#8217;s net profit will be directed to the reserve fund, and another portion will be used to cover losses from previous years.<\/p>\n<h5>Change in the Administrative-Territorial Structure of Dnipropetrovsk Region<\/h5>\n<p>The administrative-territorial structure of Dnipropetrovsk region has been changed, and the settlement of Ukraiinske has been reclassified from the category of settlements to the category of villages.<\/p>\n<h5>Reorganization of the State Environmental Inspectorate<\/h5>\n<p>The reorganization of the territorial bodies of the State Environmental Inspectorate is envisaged by merging them into interregional territorial bodies, which are legal entities of public law. The appendices to the law provide a list of interregional bodies and their areas of responsibility.<\/p>\n<h5>Amendments to the Procedure for Compensation of Damages to Water Users<\/h5>\n<p>The terminology and procedures for compensating damages to water users whose right to special water use has been terminated or whose water use conditions have been changed have been clarified.
