The first point provides for the inclusion of the draft law on amendments to the Civil Code of Ukraine regarding factoring to the agenda of the session. The second point stipulates that the resolution shall enter into force from the moment of its adoption.<\/p>\n<p>**Key provisions for use:**<br \/>\nMost importantly, this resolution opens the way for consideration and possible adoption of amendments to the Civil Code of Ukraine concerning the regulation of relations in the field of factoring.
