Remuneration will be carried out in accordance with current legislation.<\/p>\n<h5>Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on the Dismissal of the Deputy Head of the National Social Service of Ukraine<\/h5>\n<p>Yurii Dmytrovych Hensitskyi was dismissed from the post of Deputy Head of the National Social Service of Ukraine for Digital Development, Digital Transformations and Digitalization. The dismissal took place by agreement of the parties, as provided for by the Law of Ukraine &#8220;On Civil Service.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h5>Decree of the President of Ukraine on Establishing the Distinction &#8220;For Participation in the Liquidation of the Consequences of the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant Accident&#8221;<\/h5>\n<p>The President of Ukraine has established a new distinction for citizens who participated in the liquidation of the consequences of the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant accident. The decree approves the regulations on the distinction, its appearance, and the awarding procedure. Only those who directly participated in the liquidation will be awarded.<\/p>\n<h5>Decree of the President of Ukraine on Honoring the 25th Border Detachment of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine<\/h5>\n<p>The 25th Border Detachment of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine was awarded the honorary distinction &#8220;For Courage and Valor.&#8221; This is recognition of the heroism and courage shown by border guards in the defense of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<h5>Decree of the President of Ukraine on the Interdepartmental Commission on Military-Industrial Policy and Defense Technologies<\/h5>\n<p>The President of Ukraine approved the Regulations on the Interdepartmental Commission on Military-Industrial Policy and Defense Technologies. This commission is a working body of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine and will prepare proposals for the development of the military-industrial complex and defense technologies. The commission has broad powers to obtain information and attract experts.<\/p>\n<h5>Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on Amendments to the Procedure for Supporting IDPs and Paying for Electricity<\/h5>\n<p>The government has amended the procedure for providing assistance to internally displaced persons, expanding the list of institutions where children are studying who are covered by the assistance. Also, the provisions on additional support for electricity payment are limited to the heating season of 2025\/26.<\/p>\n<h5>Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on Monitoring the Drug and Alcohol Situation<\/h5>\n<p>The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine updated the procedure for monitoring the drug and alcohol situation in Ukraine. This is done to assess trends in the use of psychoactive substances, identify new threats, and prepare proposals to prevent these phenomena. It provides for the mandatory indication of bank details in lawsuits, simplifies the procedure for seizure and recovery of funds from debtors&#8217; accounts, and protects servicemen from foreclosure on the only housing during martial law.<\/p>\n<h5>Order of the Ministry of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine on the List of Territories Where Hostilities Are Being Conducted<\/h5>\n<p>This order approves the new Regulations on the Commission, which will form a list of territories where hostilities are being conducted or which are temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation. The Commission will consider proposals for including or excluding territories from this list and make appropriate decisions. The Commission&#8217;s decision is the basis for amending the List of Territories Where Hostilities Are (Were) Conducted or Temporarily Occupied by the Russian Federation.<\/p>\n<h5>Order of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine on Amendments to the Procedure for Submitting Electronic Reports<\/h5>\n<p>The State Statistics Service of Ukraine has amended the Procedure for Submitting Electronic Reports. From now on, reports are submitted to the central executive body in the field of statistics or its territorial bodies.<\/p>\n<h5>Decision of the European Court of Human Rights in the Case of &#8220;Fedyukina v. Ukraine&#8221;<\/h5>\n<p>The ECtHR found that Ukraine had violated Article 2 of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms in the case of an ineffective investigation into the death of a police officer during the Euromaidan events. The Court emphasized the need for a prompt and effective investigation, especially in cases involving serious events, as well as the importance of involving the victim&#8217;s relatives in the investigation process.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Review of each of legal acts published today:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>On the accounting price of banking metals<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>This notification from the National Bank of Ukraine establishes the accounting prices for banking metals as of April 22, 2026.
