Specifically, funds are reallocated for the payment of a one-time financial assistance in the event of the death (demise) of military personnel.<\/p>\n<p>**Structure and Main Provisions:**<\/p>\n<p>The order consists of two clauses. The first clause defines the reallocation of UAH 1,463,300 thousand from the reserve fund for the security and defense sector (budget program 3511220) to the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense (budget program 5961010) for the payment of one-time financial assistance. The second clause obliges the Ministry of Finance to make appropriate changes to the state budget schedule.<\/p>\n<p>**Key provisions for use:**<\/p>\n<p>The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense receives additional funding to make one-time financial assistance payments to the families of deceased military personnel.
