In particular, it designates the National Anti-Corruption Bureau, the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor&#8217;s Office, the National Agency on Corruption Prevention, and the Ministry of Justice as responsible for cooperation with the Working Group on Bribery in International Business Transactions of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development.<\/p>\n<p>Structurally, the resolution consists of a single point, which amends the existing list approved by \u043f\u043e\u0441\u0442\u0430\u043d\u043e\u0432a [Resolution] of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1371 dated September 13, 2002. The changes concern the addition of a list of responsible bodies for a specific working group.<\/p>\n<p>The most important provision is the identification of specific bodies responsible for cooperation with the international working group on combating bribery.
