The funds are directed to facilities of the fuel and energy complex, housing and communal services, and railway transport.<\/p>\n<p>The structure of the order includes:<br \/>\n1. Allocation of funds to the Ministry of Energy and the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development to provide state aid to employees involved in emergency recovery works.<br \/>\n2. Obligation of the Ministry of Finance to carry out the relevant expenditures.<br \/>\n3.
