The decree awarded the military rank of Brigadier General to Colonel Tupykov Andriy Anatoliyovych, who holds the position of Deputy Head of the Security Service of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>The structure of the Decree is simple: it contains only one clause on awarding a military rank to a specific person.
