The order assigns the second and third ranks of civil servant.<\/p>\n<p>The structure of the order includes a preamble with reference to Article 39 of the Law of Ukraine &#8220;On Civil Service&#8221;, as well as a list of persons to whom the relevant ranks are assigned.
