This gives exporters more time to receive foreign currency earnings.<\/p>\n<h6>Resolution of the National Bank of Ukraine (Regarding the Minimum Size of Risk)<\/h6>\n<p>The NBU is amending Resolution No. 158, postponing the deadlines for determining the minimum risk size calculation by banks. New deadlines for submitting information and fulfilling certain requirements have been postponed from February-March to May-June 2026.<\/p>\n<h6>Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (Regarding the Recreation and Rest of Children)<\/h6>\n<p>The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (CMU) determines the procedure for the provision and payment of recreation and rest services for children who require special social attention, at the expense of budgetary funds. The criteria for selecting institutions, procedures for receiving services, and control mechanisms are regulated, with priority given to institutions in the western regions.<\/p>\n<h6>Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (Regarding Asset Manager Liability Insurance)<\/h6>\n<p>The CMU establishes that the minimum amount of liability insurance coverage for an asset manager must be 1700 subsistence minimums for able-bodied persons. This is necessary to protect the interests of third parties in case of losses due to the actions of the manager.<\/p>\n<h6>Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (Regarding the Celebration of the 600th Anniversary of the Congress of Monarchs in Lutsk)<\/h6>\n<p>The CMU forms an Organizing Committee for the preparation and celebration of the 600th anniversary of the Congress of Monarchs of European States in Lutsk. The committee is responsible for coordinating events, consultations, and coverage of the event.<\/p>\n<h6>Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (Regarding the Unified State Qualification Exam)<\/h6>\n<p>The Cabinet of Ministers expands the list of specialties to which the unified state qualification exam applies, including almost all specialties in the field of health care. Ukraine for 2023.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h6>Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (Regarding the Urban Planning Cadastre)<\/h6>\n<p>The Cabinet of Ministers changes the focus of funding from the &#8220;creation&#8221; of the urban planning cadastre to its &#8220;development and ensuring its functioning.&#8221; Budget funds are now directed to support and modernize the existing urban planning boards.<\/p>\n<h6>Decree of the President of Ukraine (Regarding Withdrawal from International Treaties of the CIS)<\/h6>\n<p>The President of Ukraine determines Ukraine&#8217;s withdrawal from 30
