These sanctions aim to restrict the economic activities and influence of individuals involved in actions that threaten the national security of Ukraine. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the SBU, the NBU, and other bodies must ensure the implementation and monitoring of the effectiveness of these sanctions.<\/p>\n<h5>Decree of the President of Ukraine on Enacting the NSDCU Decision on Sanctions<\/h5>\n<p>The President of Ukraine has enacted the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDC) regarding the application of personal special economic and other restrictive measures (sanctions). The decree effectively legalizes and puts into effect the list of sanctions approved by the NSDC. Control over implementation is entrusted to the Secretary of the NSDC.<\/p>\n<h5>Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on the Redistribution of Budget Funds<\/h5>\n<p>The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has redistributed state budget funds between various departments or programs. Such redistributions may be due to the need to finance priority areas or respond to unforeseen circumstances. The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine must make appropriate changes to the state budget schedule.<\/p>\n<h5>Amendments to the Regulation on Termination of Depository Activities<\/h5>\n<p>Amendments have been made to the Regulation on the termination of depository activities by a depository institution, which relate to the accounting and transfer of rights to securities, as well as unpaid funds of clients. In the event of outstanding client accounts, the depository institution is obliged to transfer the relevant documents and information to the authorized custodian, which is the Central Securities Depository (CSD).<\/p>\n<h5>Order of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine on Approving Amendments to the Instruction on Organizing the Provision of Housing for Servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine<\/h5>\n<p>Amendments are being made to the Instruction on providing housing for servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Issues of providing and distributing housing, as well as accounting for servicemen in need of improved housing conditions, are being clarified. These changes may affect the procedure for obtaining housing by servicemen.<\/p>\n<h5>Order of the Ministry for Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine on Approving Amendment No. 2 to the National Standard DSTU B V.2.6-23:2009 &#8220;Polyvinyl Chloride Window and Door Blocks. General Technical Conditions&#8221;<\/h5>\n<p>The order approves amendments to the national standard governing the technical conditions for polyvinyl chloride window and door blocks. The standard update aims to improve the quality and safety of products used in construction. Window and door manufacturers must take these changes into account in their activities.<\/p>\n<h5>Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine on Amending Certain Orders of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine<\/h5>\n<p>Amendments are being made to a number of orders of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, in particular, regarding certain issues of awarding scientific degrees. The changes are aimed at improving the procedure for awarding scientific degrees and bringing it into line with modern requirements. Individuals applying for scientific degrees should familiarize themselves with these changes.<\/p>\n<h5>Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine on Approving the Standards of Medical Care &#8220;Hypertensive Disorders during Pregnancy, Childbirth and in the Postpartum Period&#8221;<\/h5>\n<p>New standards of medical care for hypertensive disorders in pregnant women have been approved. The standards contain recommendations for the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of hypertensive disorders, as well as algorithms for medical professionals.
