Amendments are also made to previous CMU decrees No. 1466 of 20.12.2024 and No. 53 of 21.01.2025 to align them with the new rules.<\/p>\n<p>Key provisions:<\/p>\n<p>*   A clear algorithm of actions is defined for pre-trial investigation bodies, the state institution &#8220;National Military Memorial Cemetery&#8221; and local state administrations in case of identification of bodies.<br \/>\n*   Rules are established regarding the exhumation, transportation and reburial of bodies, including cases where the body of a deceased enemy of Ukraine is transferred to the aggressor state or reburied in another cemetery.<br \/>\n*   Issues of financing of reburials are regulated.<br \/>\n*   Requirements are established for documents required for the reburial of civilians, and the procedure for concluding an exhumation agreement.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/zakon.rada.gov.ua\/go\/201-2026-%D0%BF\"><strong>Full text by link<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Good day!
