Also, the conditions for providing support to condominium associations (OSBB) and housing cooperatives (ZhBK), as well as individuals, for the purchase and installation of autonomous and backup power supply systems are changed.<\/p>\n<p>**Structure and main provisions:**<\/p>\n<p>The resolution introduces changes to:<\/p>\n<p>*   The Procedure for providing financial state support to business entities.<br \/>\n*   The Procedure for using funds from the state budget, provided for ensuring the functioning of the National Development Institution.<br \/>\n*   Resolution of the CMU &#8220;On providing financial state support to individuals who install generating units in their own households that produce electricity from alternative energy sources.&#8221;<br \/>\n*   The main activities of the state institution &#8220;Energy Efficiency Fund&#8221;.<br \/>\n*   The Procedure for using funds provided in the state budget for the functioning of the Energy Efficiency Fund.<br \/>\n*   Order of the CMU &#8220;On the implementation by the state institution &#8220;Energy Efficiency Fund&#8221; of programs in the housing sector, including those related to the restoration of buildings destroyed and\/or damaged as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>**Most important provisions:**<\/p>\n<p>*   Expansion of the list of equipment that falls under state support, including generators of various types.<br \/>\n*   Establishment of restrictions on the provision of state support to OSBBs and ZhBKs that have already received assistance in the purchase of independent sources of electrical energy.<br \/>\n*   Change in the amount of compensation for interest on loans for OSBBs and ZhBKs.<br \/>\n*   Determination of packages of backup and autonomous power supply equipment (G, GB, SGB) and the amount of compensation depending on the selected package.<br \/>\n*   Establishment of the minimum and maximum loan amount for individuals.<\/p>\n<p>These changes are aimed at encouraging the population and enterprises to ensure their own energy independence and resilience in the face of unstable energy supply.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/zakon.rada.gov.ua\/go\/204-2026-%D0%BF\"><strong>Full text by link<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Good day!
