It stipulates the dismissal of a specific individual, Anatoliy Oleksandrovych Klochko, from the position of Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine. The basis for the dismissal is paragraph four of part two of Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine &#8220;On Central Executive Bodies.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The structure of the order consists of the title, date and place of issue, the text of the order, the signature of the Prime Minister of Ukraine, and the index. The main provision is the dismissal from office. The text does not indicate any changes compared to previous versions, as this is an individual act regarding the dismissal of an official.<\/p>\n<p>The most important thing for the use of this order is a clear understanding of the grounds for dismissal specified in the Law of Ukraine &#8220;On Central Executive Bodies&#8221;, as well as the legal consequences of such dismissal for A.O.
