This order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine stipulates the transfer of powers to manage corporate rights of the state in the joint-stock company “Scientific and Technical Complex “Electronprylad” (EDRPOU code 14312134) to the joint-stock company “Ukrainian Defense Industry”.<\/p>\n

The order consists of one clause, which clearly defines the transfer of powers to manage the state’s corporate rights from one entity (the state) to another (JSC “Ukrainian Defense Industry”).<\/p>\n

**Key provisions for use:**<\/p>\n

The most important aspect is that “Ukrainian Defense Industry” now has the right to make decisions regarding the activities of the “Scientific and Technical Complex “Electronprylad”, in particular, regarding the development strategy, financial issues and other aspects of enterprise management.<\/p>\n
