In effect, the body responsible for the management of this enterprise is changing.<\/p>\n<p>**Structure and main provisions:**<\/p>\n<p>The order consists of a single clause that clearly defines the object of transfer (the integral property complex of the State Enterprise &#8220;Service and Publishing Center&#8221;) and the bodies between which the transfer takes place (the Ministry of Finance and the State Tax Service).<\/p>\n<p>**Key provisions for use:**<\/p>\n<p>For the State Tax Service, this means acquiring the authority to manage the property and activities of the &#8220;Service and Publishing Center.&#8221; For the Ministry of Finance, it means losing these powers.
