Here is a brief overview of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine regarding the licensing of exports and imports of goods for 2026.<\/p>\n<p>1.  **Essence of the Law:**<br \/>\n     The resolution establishes lists of goods, the export and import of which are subject to licensing, as well as quota volumes for 2026. This is necessary to regulate Ukraine&#8217;s foreign economic activity, fulfill international obligations, including within the framework of the Association Agreement with the EU and the Montreal Protocol.<\/p>\n<p>2.  **Structure of the Law:**<br \/>\n     The resolution consists of a main part and five appendices containing specific lists of goods and quota volumes.<br \/>\n     *   Appendix 1: Volumes of quotas for goods, the export of which is subject to licensing (fuel, gas, timber, metals, scrap).<br \/>\n     *   Appendix 2: List of controlled substances (ozone-depleting substances and fluorinated greenhouse gases), the export and import of which are subject to licensing.<br \/>\n     *   Appendix 3: List of goods and equipment that may contain controlled substances, the export and import of which are subject to licensing.<br \/>\n     *   Appendix 4: List of goods (agricultural products), the export of which is subject to licensing (wheat, corn, seeds).<br \/>\n     *   Appendix 5: Volumes of quotas for goods, the export of which to the member states of the European Union is subject to licensing (sugar).<br \/>\n     Compared to previous resolutions, this act updates the lists of goods and quotas in accordance with current economic conditions and Ukraine&#8217;s international obligations.<\/p>\n<p>3.  **Main Provisions:**<br \/>\n     *   Licenses not used in 2025 are valid until March 1, 2026.<br \/>\n     *   Deviations of the actual value, quantity or weight of the goods being licensed from those specified in the license are allowed, but not by more than 5%.<br \/>\n     *   The Ministry of Economy, Environmental Protection and Agriculture is responsible for licensing and entering information about licenses into the &#8220;Single Window for International Trade&#8221; system.<br \/>\n     *   The State Customs Service enters data on export\/import volumes into the &#8220;Single Window&#8221; and submits reports to the Ministry of Economy.<br \/>\n     *   **** Features of licensing the export of agricultural products to certain EU countries (Bulgaria, Romania, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland) and sugar to the member states of the EU.<\/p>\n<p>I hope this helps you in your work!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/zakon.rada.gov.ua\/go\/1795-2025-%D0%BF\"><strong>Full text by link<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Good day!
