It contains only one provision: the appointment of Oleh Ivanovych Ivashchenko to the position of Chief of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. The decree is laconic and clear in its wording and does not contain any other orders or additional conditions.<\/p>\n<p>The structure of the decree is extremely simple: the descriptive part (the preamble is absent) and the operative part, which directly contains the decision on the appointment.
