This list includes: the owner&#8217;s letter of expectations and reports on its achievements, management reports, strategic development plan and reports on its implementation, information on significant economic obligations and transactions with interest, decisions of the supervisory board containing information on critical infrastructure objects, list of affiliated persons of officials of the company and information on sustainable development containing information on critical infrastructure objects.<br \/>\n    *   Compared to previous norms, this order temporarily limits the amount of information that is subject to mandatory publication in order to ensure the safety of critical infrastructure facilities.<\/p>\n<p>3.  **Key provisions for use:**<br \/>\n    *   The order allows LLC &#8220;GTS Operator of Ukraine&#8221; not to disclose information that could identify critical infrastructure objects or create an idea of their potential, which is important for protection against possible sabotage or attacks.<br \/>\n    *   This order is temporary and is valid only during the legal regime of martial law.
