To introduce the amendments attached hereto to the Procedure for Using Funds Provided in the State Budget for the Functioning of the Energy Efficiency Fund, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 98 of February 22, 2017 (Official Gazette of Ukraine, 2017, No. 20, Article 567; 2018, No. 95, Article 3134; 2019, No. 37, Article 1300, No. 68, Article 2379; 2020, No. 4, Article 188, No. 78, Article 2503; 2021, No. 3, Article 188; 2023, No. 43, Article 2319).\n\n2. The Ministry for Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development shall ensure the submission of this resolution for approval by the Energy Community Secretariat.\n\n3.
