The resolution approves the company&#8217;s charter, the regulations on the supervisory board and the principles of its formation, as well as the decision to issue the company&#8217;s shares.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Amendments to the regulatory legal acts of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC):<\/strong><br \/>\nThe NSSMC has amended its regulatory legal acts to regulate the issue of combining clearing institutions that are central counterparties with depository activities. This will allow such institutions to open securities accounts for risk and collateral management. The changes relate exclusively to technical corrections in the wording regarding amendments to the relevant documents.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on Approval of the Procedure for Interaction between Probation Authorities, Child Services, and Social Protection Authorities in the Implementation of Probation for Minors:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Ministry of Justice of Ukraine has approved the procedure for interaction between probation authorities, child services, and social protection authorities in the implementation of probation for juvenile offenders sentenced to penalties not involving deprivation of liberty. Heads of licensed veterinary medicine institutions now have the right to initiate the deprivation of their employee-doctors&#8217; powers to issue veterinary documents if there are reasonable grounds.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Order of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine on Amendments to Certain Regulatory Legal Acts:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine has amended certain regulatory legal acts in connection with the transfer of the Committee on Physical Education and Sports of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and in order to bring regulatory legal acts into compliance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine.
