Analysis of the Draft Law<\/title> \n<\/head><\/p>\n<h4>Analysis of the draft Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding Social Protection of Servicemen of Basic Military Service, Members of Their Families and Other Issues”<\/h4>\nThe essence of the draft law is to bring certain legislative acts of Ukraine in line with the changes related to the introduction of basic military service instead of conscript service. It introduces amendments to the Labor Code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine “On Vacations” and the Law of Ukraine “On Social and Legal Protection of Servicemen and Members of Their Families”.
