The project will last two years from the date of entry into force of the resolution.<\/p>\n<p>2. **Structure of the law:**<br \/>\n The resolution consists of three clauses and the Procedure for the Implementation of the Experimental Project approved by it. The procedure defines the mechanism for the creation and operation of research centers, their tasks and functions, as well as the conditions for financial support from the Ministry of Education and Science (MES).
