**ORDER**<\/p>\n
On Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine dated September 26, 2025, No. 810<\/p>\n
In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On State Support of Media, Guarantees of Professional Activity and Social Protection of Journalists,” the Law of Ukraine “On the Legal Regime of Martial Law,” and the Regulation on the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated October 17, 2018, No. 866,<\/p>\n
**I ORDER:**<\/p>\n
1. To amend the Order of the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine dated September 26, 2025, No. 810 “On Approval of the Procedure and Conditions for Insurance of Journalists and Other Media Workers Temporarily Assigned to Areas of Military Operations or Temporarily Occupied Territories,” as follows:<\/p>\n
1. The title shall be amended to read as follows:<\/p>\n
“On Approval of the Procedure and Conditions for Insurance of Journalists and Other Media Workers Assigned to Areas of Military Operations or Temporarily Occupied Territories.”<\/p>\n
2. The preamble shall be stated as follows:<\/p>\n
“In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On State Support of Media, Guarantees of Professional Activity and Social Protection of Journalists,” the Law of Ukraine “On the Legal Regime of Martial Law,” and the Regulation on the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated October 17, 2018, No. 866, I ORDER:”<\/p>\n
3. In the Procedure and Conditions for Insurance of Journalists and Other Media Workers Assigned to Areas of Military Operations or Temporarily Occupied Territories, approved by the aforementioned order:<\/p>\n
1. Paragraph 1 shall be amended to read as follows:<\/p>\n
“1. This Procedure and Conditions determine the mechanism for insurance of life and health of journalists and other media workers who are temporarily assigned to areas of military operations or temporarily occupied territories (hereinafter \u2013 media workers).”<\/p>\n
2. In paragraph 3:<\/p>\n
Subparagraph 1 shall be amended to read as follows:<\/p>\n
“1) the media has a certificate of state registration as a subject of information activity in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On State Support of Media, Guarantees of Professional Activity and Social Protection of Journalists”;”<\/p>\n
Subparagraph 4 shall be amended to read as follows:<\/p>\n
“4) the media worker performs professional duties in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On State Support of Media, Guarantees of Professional Activity and Social Protection of Journalists”.”<\/p>\n
1. This order shall come into force on the day of its official publication.<\/p>\n
