This resolution introduces amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 303 of March 13, 2022, which regulates the termination of state supervision (control) measures under martial law. The document allows state architectural and construction control bodies to conduct unscheduled inspections at facilities financed from the budget, as well as at all construction sites regarding compliance with accessibility standards for low-mobility groups of the population. In addition, CMU Resolution No. 347 of March 22, 2024, which concerned amendments to Resolution No. 303, is repealed.<\/p>\n
