The first point provides for the redistribution of development expenditures within the total budget allocations of the Ministry of Justice. Specifically, expenditures under the program &#8220;Ensuring the activities of probation bodies&#8221; are reduced, and expenditures under the program &#8220;Execution of sentences by institutions and bodies of the State Criminal Executive Service of Ukraine&#8221; are increased. The second point obliges the Ministry of Finance to make appropriate changes to the state budget schedule.<\/p>\n<p>**Key provisions for use:**<\/p>\n<p>The key is the redistribution of funding between two budget programs within the Ministry of Justice.
