The first paragraph amends the List approved by order of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine No. 270 dated May 20, 2016, by supplementing it with a new paragraph 64, which includes the &#8220;Main Directorate for State Quality Assurance&#8221;. The second paragraph assigns the Department of Personnel Policy of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine the obligation to submit this order for state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine. The third paragraph stipulates that the order shall enter into force from the date of its official publication.<\/p>\n<p>3.  **Key provisions for use:** The most important provision is the inclusion of the Main Directorate for State Quality Assurance in the List of military administration bodies, the jurisdiction of which extends to the entire territory of Ukraine.
