Now I will explain everything to you.<\/p>\n<p>1.  **Essence of the law:** This resolution of the National Bank of Ukraine amends the Regulation on the Procedure for Administrative Proceedings, which regulates the activities of participants in the non-banking financial services market, the payment market, and collection companies. The changes are aimed at unifying procedures and bringing them into compliance with current legislation of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>2.  **Structure and main provisions:** The resolution introduces changes to the annex to the Regulation, namely:<br \/>\n    *   A clause has been added that mentions the Resolution of the Board of the NBU No. 39 dated March 6, 2022, regarding the regulation of the activities of certain market participants.<br \/>\n    *   A clause has been added regarding the Resolution of the Board of the NBU No. 122 dated September 30, 2025, regarding the peculiarities of a financial company acquiring the status of a payment institution without suspending operations.<\/p>\n<p>3.  **Important provisions for use:** The most important thing is that the resolution updates the regulatory framework for participants in the non-banking financial services market and the payment market.
