Good day!<\/p>\n
This order of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine introduces technical amendments to the previous order No. 589 of September 4, 2025, which concerns changes to certain regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Defense. The adjustments were made taking into account the comments expressed by the state registration authority.<\/p>\n
The structure of the order includes:<\/p>\n
* A preamble containing references to regulatory legal acts on the basis of which the order was issued.
\n* The main part, which makes specific changes to the text of order No. 589.
\n* Provisions on ensuring state registration of this order with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
\n* An indication of the date of entry into force of the order – from the date of its official publication.<\/p>\n
The main changes concern the clarification of wording and references in the previous order, in particular, regarding the names of sections, points and dates of registration of documents. Also, the abbreviation “OGD” is deciphered as “one-time financial assistance” to avoid inaccuracies.<\/p>\n
The most important thing for the use of this order is that it makes adjustments to existing regulatory legal acts, therefore, when working with them, these changes must be taken into account to ensure the correct application of the norms.<\/p>\n
