The Ministry of Defense shall:\n\n    ensure the targeted use of the allocated funds;\n\n    submit to the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Finance reports on the use of funds allocated under this decree, in the established manner.\n\n3. These funds are directed to finance measures related to strengthening the state&#8217;s defense capabilities, as well as to prevent man-made emergencies.<\/p>\n<p>Structurally, the order defines the amount of funds allocated and the specific areas of their use, in particular for the construction of protective structures for critical infrastructure facilities in the fuel and energy sector, railway transport, and life support systems. It also establishes the terms and procedure for approving lists of objects and expenditures, as well as reporting on the use of funds.<\/p>\n<p>The most important provisions of this order are the specific amounts allocated to various departments and regional administrations, as well as clear deadlines for approving lists of objects and expenditures.
