Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1000-r of September 17, 2025 “On the Distribution in 2025 of the Volume of Subvention from the State Budget to Local Budgets for the Implementation of Additional Payments to Pedagogical Staff of General Secondary Education Institutions” defines specific amounts of subventions to be allocated from the state budget to various local budgets for the implementation of additional payments to pedagogical staff in general secondary education institutions during 2025.<\/p>\n
The structure of the order includes the main part, which defines the implementation of the subvention distribution according to the annex, and the annex, which contains a list of local budgets and the corresponding amounts of subventions in thousands of hryvnias. The distribution covers regional budgets, budgets of urban, settlement and rural territorial communities throughout Ukraine. The annex to the order provides a list of budget codes and names of local budgets of administrative-territorial units, as well as the amounts of subventions allocated to them.<\/p>\n
The most important thing for the use of this order is the clear definition of the amount of funding for each administrative-territorial unit, which allows local authorities to plan and make payments of additional payments to pedagogical staff of general secondary education institutions in 2025.<\/p>\n
