Of course, I will help you understand this Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>1.  **Essence of the Law:**<br \/>\n    This resolution aims to optimize the activities of advisory bodies under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. It provides for the liquidation of some of these bodies, amendments to the composition of others, and recognition as invalid of previous government resolutions.<\/p>\n<p>2.  **Structure and Main Provisions:**<br \/>\n    The resolution consists of four points and three appendices.<br \/>\n    *   **Point 1 and Appendix 1:** Liquidates the list of consultative, advisory and other auxiliary bodies formed by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.<br \/>\n    *   **Point 2 and Appendix 2:** Amends CMU Resolutions No. 357 and No. 516, in particular, changes the titles of positions of representatives of ministries in the Interdepartmental Coordination Council on Juvenile Justice and the Interdepartmental Working Group on Assessing Progress in Implementing the National Human Rights Strategy. These are mainly resolutions related to the liquidated bodies.<br \/>\n    *   **Point 4:** Obliges ministries and other central executive bodies to bring their regulations into compliance with this resolution.<\/p>\n<p>3.  **Most Important Provisions:**<br \/>\n    The most important provisions are the liquidation of certain advisory bodies, as this may affect the decision-making process in the relevant areas. Changes in the composition of existing interdepartmental bodies are also important, as this may change their structure and functionality.
