I will gladly analyze this law for you.<\/p>\n<p>1.  **Essence of the law:** The law introduces amendments to a number of legislative acts of Ukraine in order to restrict access to information in public electronic registers held by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and other registers. This is done to protect information related to national security and defense during the period of martial law and for one year after its cancellation. The law also allows defense industry enterprises to indicate in the registers the address at which they can be contacted.<br \/>\n2.  **Structure and main provisions:** The law amends the Civil Code of Ukraine, the laws &#8220;On Protection of Rights to Industrial Designs&#8221;, &#8220;On Protection of Rights to Trademarks and Service Marks&#8221;, &#8220;On Protection of Rights to Layouts of Semiconductor Products&#8221;, &#8220;On Protection of Rights to Inventions and Utility Models&#8221;, &#8220;On State Registration of Real Property Rights and Their Encumbrances&#8221;, &#8220;On State Registration of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Associations&#8221;, &#8220;On Public Electronic Registers&#8221; and &#8220;On Copyright and Related Rights&#8221;. It provides for the possibility of restricting access to information in registers related to national security and defense, by decision of an authorized state body. Access to restricted information may be granted to authorized state and law enforcement agencies upon their request. Also, the law allows defense industry enterprises to indicate in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Associations the address at which they can be contacted.<br \/>\n3.  **Main provisions for use:**<br \/>\n    *   Restriction of access to registers applies to information related to national security and defense and is valid during martial law and one year after its cancellation.<br \/>\n    *   The decision to restrict access is made by an authorized state body, and the procedure for restriction is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.<br \/>\n    *   Defense industry enterprises have the right to enter information on the address at which they are contacted into the Unified State Register.<br \/>\n    *   The law obliges the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to develop a procedure for restricting access to public electronic registers and to ensure the publication of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Associations in the form of open data.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/zakon.rada.gov.ua\/go\/4576-20\"><strong>Full text by link<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Good day!
