I will gladly help you understand this document.<\/p>\n<p>1. **Essence of the Law:** This order introduces amendments to the Regulation on Military Medical Examination in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The main purpose of the changes is to bring the provisions into line with current needs, as well as to clarify certain aspects of conducting military medical examinations, in particular, regarding the State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>2. **Structure and main provisions:**<br \/>\n    * **Section I:** The changes concern general provisions, in particular, the list of persons covered by the Regulation has been expanded to include servicemen of the State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine. The responsibilities of the MMC regarding the formation of certain documents have also been clarified.<br \/>\n    * **Section II:** Amendments have been made to the procedure for conducting a medical examination, in particular, the procedure for referring servicemen of the State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine and persons called up during mobilization for examination has been clarified.<br \/>\n    * **Appendices:** The wording of some articles of the Schedule of Diseases (Appendix 1) has been changed, in particular, regarding mental disorders caused by the use of psychoactive substances, and neurotic disorders. A new Appendix 14 has been added \u2013 the Act of Refusal of a Military Unit to Accept a Person for Medical Reasons.<\/p>\n<p>3. **Most important provisions:**<br \/>\n    * Extension of the scope of the Regulation to servicemen of the State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine.<br \/>\n    * Clarification of the procedure for re-examination of persons called up during mobilization who were not included in the personnel lists of the military unit for medical reasons.<br \/>\n    * Changes to the Schedule of Diseases regarding the assessment of fitness for military service in mental disorders, in particular, those related to the use of psychoactive substances and neurotic disorders.<br \/>\n    * Introduction of a new form of act (Appendix 14) to record the refusal of a military unit to accept a person for medical reasons.<\/p>\n<p>These changes are aimed at improving the process of military medical examination and bringing it into line with modern requirements.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/zakon.rada.gov.ua\/go\/z1167-25\"><strong>Full text by link<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Good afternoon!
