The changes concern the expansion of the list of persons who are entitled to receive a military registration document.<\/p>\n<p>The resolution consists of one clause, which amends clause 1 of the Procedure for \u043e\u0444\u043e\u0440\u043c\u043b\u0435\u043d\u043d\u044f (\u0441\u0442\u0432\u043e\u0440\u0435\u043d\u043d\u044f) \u0442\u0430 \u0432\u0438\u0434\u0430\u0447\u0456 (registration (creation) and issuance) of a military registration document for \u043f\u0440\u0438\u0437\u043e\u0432\u043d\u0438\u043a\u0456\u0432, \u0432\u0456\u0439\u0441\u044c\u043a\u043e\u0432\u043e\u0437\u043e\u0431\u043e\u0432\u2019\u044f\u0437\u0430\u043d\u0438\u0445 \u0442\u0430 \u0440\u0435\u0437\u0435\u0440\u0432\u0456\u0441\u0442\u0456\u0432 (conscripts, persons liable for military service and reservists), approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 559 of May 16, 2024. The changes stipulate that a military registration document is also issued to citizens of Ukraine dismissed from military service in the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) \u0443 \u0432\u0456\u0434\u0441\u0442\u0430\u0432\u043a\u0443 (retired), who have been \u043f\u0440\u0438\u0437\u043d\u0430\u043d\u0456 \u0412\u041b\u041a (recognized by the military medical commission) as unfit for military service and have not reached the \u0433\u0440\u0430\u043d\u0438\u0447\u043d\u0438\u0439 \u0432\u0456\u043a \u043f\u0435\u0440\u0435\u0431\u0443\u0432\u0430\u043d\u043d\u044f \u0432 \u0437\u0430\u043f\u0430\u0441\u0456 (maximum age for being in the reserve) (if such document has not been issued previously).<\/p>\n<p>The most important provision is the expansion of the circle of persons who can receive a military registration document, in particular, the inclusion of those dismissed from service in the SBU \u0443 \u0432\u0456\u0434\u0441\u0442\u0430\u0432\u043a\u0443 (retired), \u043f\u0440\u0438\u0437\u043d\u0430\u043d\u0456 \u043d\u0435\u043f\u0440\u0438\u0434\u0430\u0442\u043d\u0438\u043c\u0438 \u0434\u043e \u0432\u0456\u0439\u0441\u044c\u043a\u043e\u0432\u043e\u0457 \u0441\u043b\u0443\u0436\u0431\u0438 (recognized as unfit for military service), but who have not yet reached the \u0433\u0440\u0430\u043d\u0438\u0447\u043d\u0438\u0439 \u0432\u0456\u043a \u043f\u0435\u0440\u0435\u0431\u0443\u0432\u0430\u043d\u043d\u044f \u0432 \u0437\u0430\u043f\u0430\u0441\u0456 (maximum age for being in the reserve), if they have not previously received a military registration document.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/zakon.rada.gov.ua\/go\/989-2025-%D0%BF\"><strong>Full text by link<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This resolution introduces changes to the procedure for \u043e\u0444\u043e\u0440\u043c\u043b\u0435\u043d\u043d\u044f \u0442\u0430 \u0432\u0438\u0434\u0430\u0447\u0456 (registration and issuance) of military registration documents.
