It envisages the \u043f\u0440\u0438\u0441\u0432\u043e\u0454\u043d\u043d\u044f (conferral) of the military rank of Major General to Brigadier General Sydorenko Mykhailo Pavlovych, who is the Commander of Troops of the &#8220;Pivden&#8221; (South) Operational Command of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>The structure of the Decree is very simple: it consists of one clause, which directly confers the rank. The Decree does not contain any additional provisions or amendments to existing regulations.<\/p>\n<p>The most important provision of this Decree is the very fact of \u043f\u0440\u0438\u0441\u0432\u043e\u0454\u043d\u043d\u044f (conferral) of a military rank, which indicates recognition of the merits and professional level of the serviceman.
