The basis for the conferral is his position as Chief of Staff &#8211; Deputy Commander of the 30th Marine Corps of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>The Decree consists of one paragraph, which clearly states the last name, first name, and patronymic of the person to whom the rank is conferred, and their position.
