The procedure for substituting their powers in case of absence is defined.<\/p>\n<h3>Procedure for Returning Assets to Clients of Professional Participants in Capital Markets Subject to Sanctions<\/h3>\n<p>A mechanism has been established for returning assets, including money, to clients of professional participants in capital markets who are subject to sanctions in the form of asset freezes. Clients can recover their assets held in the Central Depository, NBU, Clearing Center, or in bank accounts of such participant.
