The main provisions concern the expansion of the Agency&#8217;s powers, optimization of asset management processes and strengthening control over ARMA&#8217;s activities. The changes are aimed at increasing the efficiency of ARMA in the field of identification, tracing and management of assets.<\/p>\n<p>The most important provisions of this law are those concerning the expansion of ARMA&#8217;s powers in the field of asset management, as well as strengthening the mechanisms of control over the agency&#8217;s activities.
