Now I will explain the main provisions of this resolution to you.<\/p>\n<p>1.  **Essence of the law:** This resolution amends existing regulations to simplify the procedures for eliminating the consequences of emergency situations and restoring forest plantations in the territory of the &#8221; \u0421\u0432\u044f\u0442\u0438 \u0413\u043e\u0440\u0438&#8221; National Nature Park, which were affected by military aggression.<\/p>\n<p>2.  **Structure and main provisions:**<br \/>\n    *   The resolution consists of two points.<br \/>\n    *   **Point 1** amends Resolution No. 1010 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 13, 2017, clarifying that the restoration of buildings and structures in connection with the elimination of the consequences of emergency situations does not require an environmental impact assessment.<br \/>\n    *   **Point 2** temporarily suspends the operation of certain provisions of the Sanitary Regulations in the Forests of Ukraine for forest plantations damaged or destroyed by fires as a result of military aggression in the territory of the &#8220;\u0421\u0432\u044f\u0442\u0456 \u0413\u043e\u0440\u0438&#8221; National Nature Park.
