**ON APPROVAL OF AMENDMENTS TO THE PROVISIONS ON MILITARY INTERNSHIP** 1. Внести до Положення про військову інтернатуру, затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 23 грудня 2015 р. № 1079 (Офіційний вісник України, 2016 р., № 2, ст. 86; 2018 р., № 43, ст. 1518), зміни, що додаються. Approve the Amendments to the Provisions on Military Internship, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1079 of December 23, 2015 (Official Gazette of Ukraine, 2016, No. 2, Article 86; 2018, No. 43, Article 1518), which are attached. У пункті 2: In paragraph 2: 1) абзац перший викласти в такій редакції: 1) paragraph one shall be stated as follows: “Військова інтернатура є формою післядипломної підготовки осіб офіцерського складу (далі – офіцери), які здобули вищу освіту ступеня магістра (освітньо-кваліфікаційного рівня спеціаліста) за певною військово-обліковою спеціальністю (спеціалізацією) та претендують на призначення на посади, що передбачають первинну офіцерську посаду.”; “Military internship is a form of postgraduate training of officers (hereinafter – officers) who have obtained a master’s degree (educational qualification level of specialist) in a specific military accounting specialty (specialization) and are applying for appointment to positions that provide for a primary officer position.”; 2) в абзаці другому слова “закладів вищої освіти із специфічними умовами навчання” замінити словами “закладів фахової передвищої військової освіти, вищих військових навчальних закладів, військових навчальних підрозділів закладів вищої освіти (далі – заклади освіти)”; 2) in the second paragraph, the words “institutions of higher education with specific learning conditions” shall be replaced by the words “institutions of professional pre-higher military education, higher military educational institutions, military training units of higher education institutions (hereinafter – educational institutions)”; 3) в абзаці третьому слова “навчання у закладах вищої освіти із специфічними умовами навчання” замінити словами “підготовки у закладах освіти”. 3) in the third paragraph, the words “training in institutions of higher education with specific learning conditions” shall be replaced by the words “training in educational institutions.” 2. Пункт 3 викласти в такій редакції: Paragraph 3 shall be stated as follows: “3. Основними завданнями військової інтернатури є: “3. The main tasks of military internship are: поглиблення та удосконалення професійних знань, умінь і навичок, необхідних для успішного виконання службових обов’язків на первинних офіцерських посадах; deepening and improving professional knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for the successful performance of official duties in primary officer positions; розвиток здатності до самостійного і творчого застосування набутих знань у практичній діяльності; development of the ability to independently and creatively apply acquired knowledge in practice; формування високих морально-психологічних якостей, культури офіцера, відповідальності, дисциплінованості, ініціативності та організаторських здібностей; formation of high moral and psychological qualities, officer culture, responsibility, discipline, initiative and organizational skills; набуття досвіду роботи з озброєнням, військовою технікою, організації бойової підготовки, управління підрозділами у повсякденній діяльності та під час виконання бойових (навчально-бойових) завдань.” acquiring experience in working with weapons, military equipment, organizing combat training, managing units in daily activities and during combat (training combat) missions.” 3. У пункті 4: In paragraph 4: 1) в абзаці першому слова “закладах вищої освіти із специфічними умовами навчання” замінити словами “закладах освіти”; 1) in the first paragraph, the words “institutions of higher education with specific learning conditions” shall be replaced by the words “educational institutions”; 2) в абзаці другому слова “та військової підготовки” виключити. 2) in the second paragraph, the words “and military training” shall be excluded. 4. У пункті 5: In paragraph 5: 1) абзац перший викласти в такій редакції: 1) paragraph one shall be stated as follows: “5. Строк проходження військової інтернатури становить 12 місяців.”; “5. The duration of military internship is 12 months.”; 2) в абзаці другому слова “закладі вищої освіти із специфічними умовами навчання” замінити словами “закладі освіти”. 2) in the second paragraph, the words “institution of higher education with specific learning conditions” shall be replaced by the words “educational institution.” 5. У пункті 6: In paragraph 6: 1) в абзаці першому слова “керівником закладу вищої освіти із специфічними умовами навчання” замінити словами “керівником закладу освіти”; 1) in the first paragraph, the words “head of the institution of higher education with specific learning conditions” shall be replaced by the words “head of the educational institution”; 2) в абзаці другому слова “відповідним закладом вищої освіти із специфічними умовами навчання” замінити словами “відповідним закладом освіти”. 2) in the second paragraph, the words “relevant institution of higher education with specific learning conditions” shall be replaced by the words “relevant educational institution.” 6. Абзац перший пункту 7 викласти в такій редакції: The first paragraph of paragraph 7 shall be stated as follows: “7. Військова інтернатура проводиться за індивідуальним планом, який розробляється в закладі освіти, де її проходить офіцер, та затверджується керівником цього закладу.”. “7. Military internship is conducted according to an individual plan, which is developed at the educational institution where the officer is undergoing it, and approved by the head of this institution.” 7. У пункті 8 слова “закладу вищої освіти із специфічними умовами навчання” в усіх відмінках замінити словами “закладу освіти” у відповідному відмінку. In paragraph 8, the words “institution of higher education with specific learning conditions” in all cases shall be replaced by the words “educational institution” in the corresponding case. 8. Пункт 9 викласти в такій редакції: Paragraph 9 shall be stated as follows: “9. Керівництво військовою інтернатурою покладається на посадових осіб, які відповідають за організацію післядипломної підготовки у закладі освіти. “9. Management of military internship is entrusted to officials who are responsible for the organization of postgraduate training in the educational institution. Організація військової інтернатури передбачає: The organization of military internship includes: розроблення та затвердження індивідуальних планів проходження військової інтернатури; development and approval of individual plans for completing military internship; контроль за виконанням офіцерами індивідуальних планів проходження військової інтернатури; monitoring the implementation of individual plans for completing military internship by officers; надання офіцерам необхідної методичної допомоги; providing officers with the necessary methodological assistance; аналіз та узагальнення результатів військової інтернатури.” analysis and generalization of the results of military internship.” 9. У пункті 10 слова “закладі вищої освіти із специфічними умовами навчання” замінити словами “закладі освіти”. In paragraph 10, the words “institution of higher education with specific learning conditions” shall be replaced by the words “educational institution.” 10. У пункті 11: In paragraph 11: 1) в абзаці першому слова “закладу вищої освіти із специфічними умовами навчання” замінити словами “закладу освіти”; 1) in the first paragraph, the words “institution of higher education with specific learning conditions” shall be replaced by the words “educational institution”; 2) в абзаці другому слова “керівником закладу вищої освіти із специфічними умовами навчання” замінити словами “керівником закладу освіти”. 2) in the second paragraph, the words “head of the institution of higher education with specific learning conditions” shall be replaced by the words “head of the educational institution.” 11. У пункті 12 слова “закладом вищої освіти із специфічними умовами навчання” замінити словами “закладом освіти”. In paragraph 12, the words “institution of higher education with specific learning conditions” shall be replaced by the words “educational institution.” 12. Пункт 13 викласти в такій редакції: Paragraph 13 shall be stated as follows: “13. Після закінчення військової інтернатури офіцер призначається на посаду згідно з отриманою військово-обліковою спеціальністю (спеціалізацією).”. “13. After completing military internship, an officer is appointed to a position in accordance with the acquired military accounting specialty (specialization).”
