On Amending the Procedure for оформлення (creation) and Issuance of a Military Registration Document for Conscripts, Persons Liable for Military Service, and Reservists

This resolution introduces changes to the procedure for оформлення та видачі (registration and issuance) of military registration documents. The changes concern the expansion of the list of persons who are entitled to receive a military registration document.

The resolution consists of one clause, which amends clause 1 of the Procedure for оформлення (створення) та видачі (registration (creation) and issuance) of a military registration document for призовників, військовозобов’язаних та резервістів (conscripts, persons liable for military service and reservists), approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 559 of May 16, 2024. The changes stipulate that a military registration document is also issued to citizens of Ukraine dismissed from military service in the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) у відставку (retired), who have been признані ВЛК (recognized by the military medical commission) as unfit for military service and have not reached the граничний вік перебування в запасі (maximum age for being in the reserve) (if such document has not been issued previously).

The most important provision is the expansion of the circle of persons who can receive a military registration document, in particular, the inclusion of those dismissed from service in the SBU у відставку (retired), признані непридатними до військової служби (recognized as unfit for military service), but who have not yet reached the граничний вік перебування в запасі (maximum age for being in the reserve), if they have not previously received a military registration document.
