1. This Decree of the President of Ukraine confers the military rank of Brigadier General upon Colonel Oleh Volodymyrovych Voievodin, who holds the position of First Deputy Chief of the Main Directorate of the Security Service of Ukraine in Donetsk and Luhansk Oblasts.
2. The Decree consists of a single clause, which clearly states the last name, first name, and patronymic of the person being awarded the rank, as well as their position. The Decree does not contain any changes compared to previous versions, as it is an individual act of awarding a rank.
3. The most important provision of this Decree is the direct fact of conferring the military rank of Brigadier General to a specific person, which has implications for their status, powers, and responsibilities within the Security Service of Ukraine.
